What we collect
When you create a Cleaners Club account, we collect your email address and authentication details via Firebase Authentication. When you place an order, payment is processed directly by Stripe — we do not store your full card details on our servers. We store your order history, cart preferences, Auto Refill schedule, and rewards balance in our database (Firestore) so your account works across visits.
How we use it
We use your information to process orders, manage your membership and rewards, send order and delivery updates, and to run features you opt into like Auto Refill and Share & Earn referrals. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Cookies & sessions
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Third parties
Payments are handled by Stripe, and authentication and data storage are handled by Firebase (Google Cloud). Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can update your account details from your dashboard settings at any time, or contact us to request that your account and associated data be deleted.
