Membership
Member pricing, bundle savings, and free delivery apply to orders placed by signed-in members. Guests may browse and purchase at retail pricing without an account.
Orders & payment
Orders are processed securely through Stripe. Prices shown at checkout, including any Auto Refill or bundle discounts applied, are final at the time of purchase.
Auto Refill
Auto Refill schedules a repeat order on the frequency you choose. You can pause, change the frequency, or cancel Auto Refill at any time from your dashboard, with no cancellation fee.
Delivery
We currently deliver across our Maryland service area. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary.
Rewards & referrals
Points earned through purchases, referrals, and promotions may be redeemed per the terms shown in your rewards dashboard at the time of redemption. We may adjust the rewards program from time to time.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
